Modern society does not make it easy to live a healthy life for ourselves let alone our families. Our bodies want and need balance on all layers: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Each layer affects the other, so when striving for long term balance, we need to work on each layer. Many don't undertand, but this is my specialty.
Vitality makes all the difference. Many times, due to illness or accident we may feel it is unattainable. When we know how to work with our body's meridians, radiant circuits and other energy systems, we can awaken our divine healing forces from within your own cells.
What would long-term balance mean to you? Sometimes our bodies have been out of balance so long, we don't believe balance and happiness is possible.
