Being sensitive to the energies around you can feel like a burden. When you align with it and learn the language it speaks within you, you empower yourself with the natural energies the universe imbued within your heavenly body.

Being raised in a deeply spiritual family, I was given one of the best gifts parents can bestow upon their children. I was taught from a young age about the roots of religion, spirituality, how to understand the energy and frequencies of the universe, the universal power within us all, and our ancestral birthright.

In 2015, Eden Energy Medicine crossed my path. I already had herbal and supplement training as well as being a licensed Reiki Master for 25 years, but I still felt a yearning. There was something more! Being raised in alternative healing and spirituality, I couldn’t fathom what it could be, but I knew there was something I was to find. It found me!

I started the Eden Energy Medicine Certification Program in 2016. It is an extremely rigorous, two-year program, requiring continuing education to remain licensed. After graduating, I experienced two of the most difficult physical traumas of my life.

I immediately put my vast “tool box” to work.

Unifying all my energetic and physical “tools,” I regained my life from a rare lung condition due to

Toxic Mold exposure and a Trimalleolar Fracture (breaking all 3 bones in my ankle) and subsequent allergic reaction

to the titanium in my ankle. Each alone is a life-altering trauma, but I endured them

6 months apart. Breaking all 3 bones in your ankle joint is

one of the most difficult breaks to recover from, impacting one’s quality of life long term.

I was not going to accept this new “life sentence.” I dug deep, explored the depths of all my layers, healed,

rebalanced, and cleansed rebuilding myself better than I could have ever imagined!

Rebalancing oneself takes deep commitment, dedication, support and knowledge. I am here to help those that

want their own inner journey, rediscovering their health, vitality and balance.
