One of the many ways our body talks to us is through our Meridians, one of our nine known energy systems of the body in Eden Energy Medicine.  

What is Energy Medicine?- Energy Medicine is an approach that involves balancing and restoring your body's natural energies for the purposes of increasing your vitality, strengthening your mental capacities, and optimizing your health. The form of Energy Medicine I use was developed by Donna Eden and is described in her book, Energy Medicine; which is one of many of the tools I utilize to get 

to the bottom of a person's blockages.  

What is a Meridian?  That was my first question when I learned of Eden Energy Medicine.  Meridians are energy pathways that "connect the dots," hundreds of tiny reservoirs of heat, electromagnetic, and more subtle energies along the surface of the skin. Known in Traditional Chinese medicine as acupuncture points, these energy dots, or "hot spots," can be stimulated with needles or physical pressure to release or redistribute energy.  Like a river that rises and falls, the flow of meridians is ever changing and its fluctuations can be detected by sensitive individuals as well as by mechanical instruments.  Acupuncture points are on the surface of the skin, but the meridians travel deep into the body and through each of the organ and muscle groups. Your meridians are your body's energy bloodstream. 

Whole Food, Whole Nutrition, with every consultation we go over the physical fuel you are placing in your body as well as what nutrition and supplements will help you detox and rebuild.  Whole, lasting balance comes from cleansing and balancing all layers.  We work collaboratively on whatever layers you are emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually ready to process.

 respite OR a cooperative relationship where we work together to restore long-term balance within all your body's layers and energy systems.  True body balance to achieve Peace and Vitality does not happen overnight.  Just like you can't loose or gain 10 lbs in one workout.  Your body needs your time and dedication.  It speaks to you because our bodies naturally crave balance.   

You remain clothed at all times, except for your socks, unless you prefer to leave them on.  I treat all ages, all nationalities, all genders.  I embrace ALL ♥

• First, contact me for your free, 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation.
• Next, we schedule your first session, an introductory one that is longer than others, 2.5 - 3 hours to cover new exercises and to relax your body/Triple Warmer throroughly.  You receive a speical introductory rate. 
• I am running a speical for your first 3 sessions.  Please contact me so I can explain the details of my sessions. After those 1st three sessions, my rate goes to an hourly rate, like typical body work rate around $1.67 a minute.  I go over specific pricing while discussing your issues and needs in our free consultation. *I do have special rates for low-income families. Simply inquire about eligibility.
