Creation of this class birthed out of my prior class, A New Earth, A New You ~ Awakening to Conscious Living Class back at the beginning of the year.  My students & I enjoyed it so much we didn't want it to end so I am continuing our journey in this next class.  We come together, supporting each other in this next step of our journey, shifting our frequencies, integrating A New Earth, into our daily life.  

  
In a moment where we can feel ourselves fall back into old patterns… or become aware and put our new way of living into practice in that present moment.  Transformation is hard work and we need a support network.  

To talk about it. To be in it together.

This circle is an extension of that.

We’ll still be rooted in A New Earth, but in a more organic way. Other books or teachings may naturally weave in as we go. This is about bringing real-life experience into the room and allowing the teachings to meet us there—together—as we begin to live them more fully.

Some gatherings may feel like open conversation.
Some may move into deeper reflection.

I will also share practical tools—whether from the book as it relates to daily life, or from Eden Energy Medicine and other modalities to support grounding, presence, and embodiment.

This is a space for learning, embodiment, and support.  A space to practice the observer mind, return to presence, and gently unwind the patterns that keep us in cycles of reaction.

TIME: 5:30 – 7:30 PM

INVESTMENT:  $50 per class or $90 a month paying in advance 

This work isn’t about big, dramatic change— it’s about what happens in the small, everyday moments, returning to the breath, and allowing life to shift from there.

This circle can stand on its own if you’re feeling called to this work,
or it can deepen and support what we’re already doing in one-on-one client sessions.

To help support a shared experience in the circle, A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle serves as our foundational reading.  Participants should have read the book -- or at a minimum through Chapter 5 prior to joining class.

This is a live, relational journey. In-person attendance is encouraged, with an online option available when needed. Recordings are provided for support and integration.
